I've been trying to access the Merkur Online portal for the last two days, but I keep getting an 'Invalid Credentials' error, even though I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password. I already tried the 'Forgot Password' link twice, but the reset email never arrives in my inbox, and I've checked my spam folder thoroughly. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I need to submit some documents through the system, so any advice on troubleshooting or if there's an alternative contact method would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I went through this exact issue last year. My biggest breakthrough was realizing I was logging in with my old corporate email address instead of my personal one, which is what Merkur uses for the portal. Also, check if your company requires a specific VPN connection to access the system. If all else fails, look for a dedicated technical support phone number on their main website, as email support can be slow.
