I've been trying to access my Cazimbo account for the last two days, but I keep running into an error message saying my credentials are invalid. I've checked my email address multiple times to ensure there are no typos, and I've also tried the 'forgot password' link, but the reset email never arrives. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? I need to access some important reports, so any advice on troubleshooting this login problem would be greatly appreciated. Is it possible the system is undergoing maintenance?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes old data interferes with login forms, even if your credentials are correct.

I had the exact same issue last week. It turned out the system was undergoing unexpected maintenance, but they didn't announce it properly. Give it a few hours and try again.

Check if your organization uses two-factor authentication (2FA). If so, make sure your authenticator app is synced correctly. It's a common culprit.

Did you try a completely different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox? Sometimes the issue is browser-specific, not account-specific.

The password reset link failure is frustrating. Have you confirmed that the email address associated with your account is the primary one you are checking? Sometimes typos slip through.

I think you should contact Cazimbo support directly. Since the automated reset is failing, they will need to manually verify your identity and reset the credentials for you.

Short. Try restarting your router.

Is it possible the issue is related to your IP address? If you are on a VPN or corporate network, they might have temporarily blocked access for security reasons. Try logging in from a different network if possible.

I agree with the suggestion to check the cache. I did that, and it worked for me. It was a simple glitch, but clearing the cookies resolved the 'invalid credentials' error immediately. Thanks for the tip!

When I had trouble, I realized my company had updated their SSO (Single Sign-On) provider. I had to use my network login credentials instead of the old Cazimbo username/password. Check your internal IT documentation.

Reply to the user who suggested checking the cache: That was a good idea, but I'm worried it's something deeper than a cache issue since the 'forgot password' link isn't even sending an email. Maybe the email system itself is down?

If you are accessing the reports for a specific project, maybe try accessing the reports via the main dashboard link instead of the direct login page. Sometimes the entry point is the problem.

My experience suggests that if both the login and the password reset fail, the problem is almost certainly on the server side. I recommend waiting 24 hours and trying again. Don't stress about the reports right now.

Did you check if there are any service status updates posted on their official social media channels? Companies often announce maintenance there before updating the main site.

I tried logging in using my mobile data connection instead of my office Wi-Fi. Success! It was definitely a network restriction on the corporate side. Always test with a different connection.

I think the system is definitely undergoing maintenance. I saw a banner on the homepage yesterday that said 'Scheduled Upgrades.' It usually means the login functions are temporarily unstable until the patch is applied.

To follow up on the previous comment: I also tried the mobile data connection and it worked. It seems the network restriction was the key. Good troubleshooting advice, everyone!
