Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on boylesports.com but I keep getting an error message even after resetting my password. I've tried using both my email and my username, and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this recently? I'm worried I might be locked out of my profile and can't access my booking history. Any advice on what I should do next, or if there's a specific support contact I should be using?

Maybe the issue isn't the password. Are you sure you are using the correct domain? boylesports.com vs boylesports-booking.com. It's easy to miss a hyphen.

It's usually a simple typo. Double-check the capitalization of your username. Passwords are case-sensitive, always.

I recommend trying the 'Forgot Username' link instead of the password reset. Sometimes the username database is separate from the password system, and resetting one doesn't fix the other.
