I've been trying to access my Betano account for the last hour, but every time I enter my credentials, it gives me an error message saying 'invalid login details.' I've checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive they are correct. I've also tried clearing my browser cache and using a different device, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I'm worried if I need to contact support or if there's a known technical glitch with the mobile app right now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the dedicated Betano website on mobile instead of the app? Sometimes the app itself gets corrupted.

It might be a temporary server issue. Wait an hour or two and try again. If it's widespread, they usually post an announcement on their social media channels.

Seriously, check if your account has been locked due to too many failed attempts. Sometimes the system just flags it automatically, and you have to wait 24 hours for it to reset. Don't keep guessing, or it could get worse.

I think it's related to two-factor authentication (2FA). If you recently changed your phone number or email, the system might be rejecting the old credentials even if they are correct.

Maybe the issue is with your VPN. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off completely and logging in from your actual physical location. Sometimes IP restrictions cause false login failures.
