I've been trying to get some help with my account withdrawal for the past hour, and the live chat system seems really slow today. Every time I connect, it takes ages for an agent to actually respond, and I've already waited through the initial queue three times. Has anyone else noticed the response time being really poor recently? I'm worried if I wait too long, I might miss the daily withdrawal deadline. Any advice on whether I should try calling or if there's a better time to contact them?

I had the same issue last week. It was incredibly frustrating trying to get a simple withdrawal status update.

Don't panic about the deadline yet. Sometimes they just get overloaded during peak withdrawal times. Maybe try contacting them via email instead? It's slower, but sometimes it bypasses the chat queue mess.

Just call them. The phone line is usually faster than the chat system when things are backed up. Keep the reference number handy.

I found that calling during lunchtime (12-1 PM GMT) or late evening (8-10 PM GMT) was surprisingly better. The volume seems to drop off then.

Seriously, I waited 45 minutes yesterday and only got a generic 'we are looking into it' message. It's terrible service. Did you check if there's a known system outage on their social media pages?

Has anyone tried submitting a ticket through the 'Contact Us' form instead of the live chat? It might route to a different department that isn't overwhelmed.

I think it's just a high volume day. They probably have a massive withdrawal cycle happening right now. Just give it another hour and try again.

is_reply: true. @User123 I tried calling yesterday, and I was on hold for over an hour. I think the phone line is just as bad as the chat, maybe the issue is with their entire support infrastructure right now.

I waited until 10 PM and finally got through to a human agent who actually processed the request quickly. Definitely try calling later tonight.

I had to wait 30 minutes. It was awful. I ended up having to use a third-party payment method because I couldn't get the withdrawal processed in time.

I agree with the person who suggested email. It gives you a paper trail and you don't have to fight the queue. Just be patient, though.

Just use the 'Report a Problem' feature on the main site. Sometimes that bypasses the live chat entirely and gets you to a specialized support team.

Short answer: call them, but be prepared for a long wait. If the withdrawal is urgent, calling is your best bet, even if it's frustrating.

I recommend checking their official Twitter/X account. Sometimes they post updates about known system slowdowns or maintenance windows there, which is better than waiting in silence on chat.

I waited through the initial queue three times. It was ridiculous. I finally got help by asking a different agent who was working on the chat system. Sometimes you just need to keep trying.
