Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of a nightmare trying to get back into my account today. I followed all the steps on the site, but it keeps giving me an error message even though I'm sure my credentials are correct. I tried using the 'forgot password' link multiple times, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced issues with the GreatWin Casino login process recently? I'm worried I might have locked myself out entirely and need some advice on how to contact support or reset my details manually. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Me too. It's a total mess right now. The password reset link just loops back to the login screen and gives a generic error.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes the site just holds onto old data, which can mess up the login process even if your credentials are perfect. It's a simple fix that often works.

I had the exact same problem yesterday. It was definitely related to the update they pushed. My advice is to try using a different browser entirely, like switching from Chrome to Firefox. Sometimes the script compatibility is the issue, not your account.

Check if they have a status page or an official Twitter account. Sometimes they post a temporary maintenance message there before the main site is updated. Good luck!

Did you try calling their dedicated support line? Sometimes the online forms are broken, but the phone support team can manually verify your identity and get you back in faster. It's worth the wait.

I think it's a two-factor authentication glitch. Make sure your phone number is linked correctly and that you haven't changed carriers recently. The system might be rejecting the old number.

>> User_Name (The original poster): Yes, I had that issue too. Clearing cache didn't help me. I ended up contacting support via live chat, and they confirmed it was a backend server issue caused by the update. They manually reset my session and I was back in minutes. You absolutely need to do the same.

Seriously, try the mobile app if you are on desktop, or vice versa. Sometimes the login APIs are separated, and one platform might be working while the other is failing due to the recent changes.

I agree with the suggestion to call them. I spent an hour emailing and nothing happened. The phone line was the only way I got help. Just be ready with your account details and ID verification info.

Wait, did anyone notice that the 'forgot password' link now requires you to input the last four digits of your registered phone number? It seems like they added an extra security step that is tripping people up.
