I've been trying to access my account on Casino Extreme for the last hour, and it keeps giving me an 'invalid credentials' error. I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password, and I even tried resetting it twice. Has anyone else run into this specific login issue recently? I had this exact issue last month. It turns out the system automatically locks accounts after too many failed attempts, even if you are using the correct details. You usually have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the lockout to expire. Try waiting before attempting another reset.

If you have tried everything - clearing cache, waiting, checking Caps Lock, and contacting support - and nothing works, the best advice I can give is to take a deep breath and wait 24 hours. Sometimes the system needs a full cycle to reset the connection status. If after 24 hours you are still locked out, then you absolutely need to escalate the issue with management, not just standard support.
