Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on bet+ but I keep getting an error message that says 'Invalid credentials.' I've checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive I'm typing them correctly. I even tried resetting the password using the 'Forgot Password' link, but the email never seems to arrive in my inbox, even after checking spam. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I'm using a desktop browser, so I'm not sure if it's a device-specific glitch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That often fixes weird login glitches.

It might be a temporary server issue. Wait an hour or two and try again. Sometimes they just need a restart.

I had this exact problem last week. The issue wasn't my credentials, but that my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I had to call their support line directly to verify my identity.

Check if your email is being filtered into the junk folder by your provider, not just the spam folder. Sometimes major providers have separate filters.

Did you try a completely different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox? Sometimes extensions interfere with login forms.

I recommend calling their customer support directly. Since the email reset isn't working, they are the only ones who can manually reset your account access.

Wait, are you sure you aren't using an old username? Sometimes when they update their system, the handle changes slightly.

I agree with the suggestion to call support. They might be able to see why the password reset email isn't going through on their end. It's definitely not just the user's fault if the system fails.

Short answer: Use a different device. My laptop was having trouble, but my phone worked fine after I cleared the cache on the phone.

My advice is to check for any required two-factor authentication setup. If you set that up and haven't entered the code, it will always say 'Invalid credentials' even if your password is correct.

Seriously, check the capitalization. Passwords are case-sensitive. It's the most common mistake people make when they are frustrated.

I used a VPN and it worked. It seems like they might be geo-blocking certain IP ranges, which is frustrating but happens sometimes.

The cache/cookie suggestion is solid. I tried that and it immediately resolved my login issue. It's always the simplest fix.

If you are using a corporate network or school Wi-Fi, they might be blocking the specific login port or domain. Try connecting through your home internet instead.

When I tried to reset my password, I got a different error message about 'account suspension.' Have you checked if your account status is active?

I think you need to wait 24 hours. Sometimes, if you try too many times in a short period, the system automatically locks the account for security reasons. Patience is key here.

Could it be related to your browser version? Make sure your desktop browser is fully updated. Outdated software can cause authentication failures.

I had the same issue with the email not arriving. I eventually found out I needed to update my primary email address in the account settings first. It was a backend issue, not a technical glitch.

Don't panic. Start by verifying your username. Sometimes people forget that their username isn't their email address.
