I've been trying to access my account for the last hour and it keeps giving me an error message, even though I am positive my details are correct. I have tried resetting my password multiple times, but the system seems stuck in a loop. Has anyone else experienced this specific login glitch recently? I am worried if I need to contact support, or if there is a workaround I should try first. Any advice on bypassing this technical issue would be greatly appreciated.

Clear your browser cache first. That usually fixes these glitches.

Did you try a completely different browser? Sometimes the issue is specific to Chrome or Firefox settings. I had this last month and switching to Edge solved it immediately. It's a common compatibility problem.

Check your VPN connection. Sometimes the IP address change confuses the login system. Try turning the VPN off completely.

I had the exact same loop issue last week. Are you sure you are using the official bet365 site and not a mirror or unofficial link? Sometimes phishing sites mimic the login process.

Wait 24 hours. Seriously. If the system is detecting multiple failed attempts, it might temporarily lock your account. Just wait and try again tomorrow morning.

Try logging in using the bet365 mobile app instead of the website. Sometimes the app bypasses the web-specific bugs.

Are you getting a specific error code? If so, posting that code might help others diagnose it faster. Generic errors are nearly impossible to solve remotely.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. Mine was set to a location that bet365 was flagging as high risk, which caused the login loop. You need a clean, residential IP.

If none of the above work, you must contact support. Don't keep trying to bypass it. They have backend tools to reset the flag on your account. Use live chat, it's fastest.

Double-check your username capitalization. I know it sounds stupid, but I once lost access because I used a different case.

I'm worried about contacting support too. They might just ask me for my ID and make it a hassle. Is there a guaranteed workaround that doesn't involve talking to a person?

The mobile app is definitely the way to go. It uses a different authentication pathway than the web portal, which often bypasses these temporary server-side glitches. Download it and try logging in there.

My advice is to take screenshots of the error message. When you finally talk to support, having visual proof of the loop will speed up the process significantly. Don't just describe it.

I think the issue might be on their end. They probably ran a system update overnight and haven't fully patched the login module yet. Give it a few hours and try again.

You are right to be cautious about support. Before you give them anything, ask them what specific internal error code they are seeing on their side. This forces them to troubleshoot properly.

It's frustrating. I spent an hour doing everything you suggested and it still failed. I think I'm just going to wait until the weekend when the support staff might be more responsive.
