I've been trying to access my account for the last hour and I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are incorrect, even though I am absolutely sure I am using the right username and password. I already tried the 'Forgot Password' link multiple times, but the reset emails never seem to arrive in my inbox or spam folder. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I'm worried my account might be suspended or locked out, so any advice on who I should contact or what steps I should take would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies first. Sometimes old data messes up login forms.

This is frustrating. Did you check if Caps Lock is accidentally on? It sounds simple, but it happens all the time.

I had this exact issue last month. My advice is to stop using the automated reset link. Instead, you must find a phone number for their dedicated support line and speak to a human. They can manually verify your identity and reset it for you. Don't rely on email, it seems the support emails are having issues reaching users right now.

Did you try a different device? Like logging in from your phone's data connection instead of your home Wi-Fi.

I tried that, but it didn't help. I think the issue might be on their end. Maybe they are performing maintenance?

You should also check if you are using a VPN. Sometimes the casino blocks IP ranges that are associated with VPN services, making it look like suspicious activity and locking you out. Try disabling it and logging in directly.

Wait, are you sure you haven't accidentally used a different username? Sometimes people confuse their gaming handle with their actual account ID.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. When I was locked out, I found that switching to a completely different network (like a friend's house Wi-Fi) solved the problem immediately. It definitely points to an IP restriction issue.

The support ticket system is useless. You have to call them. Look for a 'Contact Us' page that lists a phone number, not just a chat widget.

Have you confirmed that your email address on file is correct? Sometimes the password reset link goes to an old email address you forgot about.

If calling fails, try submitting a support ticket through a different channel, maybe their official Twitter account if they use one. Sometimes social media support is faster than the main website portal.

I think the problem might be related to your account status. Maybe you exceeded a withdrawal limit or something similar, causing a temporary lockout.

Be careful about giving out too much personal info here. Only give details to official support channels. Good luck!

I recommend taking a break for a few hours. Sometimes these systems just need time to reset the temporary lock. Don't keep trying every five minutes, or it might trigger a permanent security lock.

Echoing the advice about calling them. I spent 45 minutes on hold, but I finally got through and they manually reset my credentials and confirmed my identity using my last deposit details. It was a nightmare, but it worked.
