I've been trying to access my account on the official Vegas site for the last hour, and I keep getting an error message. It says my credentials are invalid, but I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password. I've tried the 'Forgot Password' link multiple times, but the reset email never seems to arrive in my inbox, or even my spam folder. Has anyone else run into this specific login issue recently? I really need to check my balance and book a table for this weekend. Any advice on what backend support I should contact or if there's a known system outage would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes old data interferes with the login process, even if the credentials are correct.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the site was running maintenance on the authentication server, which caused random invalid login errors for hours. Check the official status page if they have one.

Try a different device. If you are on mobile, use a desktop computer, and vice versa. It helps rule out device-specific glitches.

The password reset email might be going to a different email address than the one linked to the account. Double-check every single email you own.

I contacted support via Twitter DMs. They were surprisingly quick and confirmed my account was fine, but needed a manual reset on their end. You might need to try social media support.

Wait, are you sure you aren't using a VPN? Some sites block logins if they detect an unusual geographical IP address, even if you are physically in Vegas.

I agree with the cache suggestion. I cleared everything and it worked immediately. It was a simple data conflict issue. Good luck!

My advice is to call their dedicated customer service line directly. Do not rely solely on the website forms. Speaking to a human agent is usually the fastest fix for backend errors.

Did you check if there are any caps or temporary locks on your account? Sometimes if you make too many failed attempts in a short period, they lock you out for safety.

I had the same problem. The support chat bot was useless. I ended up having to submit a ticket through their 'Contact Us' page and wait 24 hours for a human response. It was frustrating but effective.

If the password reset link isn't arriving, try sending a test email from the account's registered address to yourself. If that works, the email system is fine, and the issue is definitely with the Vegas site's delivery.

You should also check if your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) has flagged the Vegas site's automated emails as spam, even if it's not the spam folder. Look for 'Junk' or 'Promotions' tabs.

The system outage theory is plausible. I saw a post a few weeks ago mentioning a major update that caused login instability. Check local news or the site's official social media for alerts.

I think you need to contact them via phone. Online forms are often routed through automated systems that can't diagnose a true backend credential mismatch.

Also, ensure your username isn't case-sensitive. Some systems treat 'User123' and 'user123' as completely different accounts.

If you are trying to book a table, maybe try using their dedicated booking portal instead of logging into the main account dashboard. Sometimes the modules are separate.

I'm going to try the phone call approach. Thanks for the advice, everyone. I appreciate the collective troubleshooting!

Have you checked if your browser itself needs an update? Sometimes outdated browser versions fail to process modern security tokens correctly.

Seriously, try a different browser entirely. If you are using Chrome, switch to Firefox or Edge. This eliminates browser compatibility as the root cause.

I recommend calling them first thing in the morning, local time. Support staff are often more responsive when the day starts, and they might be able to manually verify your identity over the phone.
