I've been trying to access my account for the last hour, and nothing seems to work. I'm getting an error message that says my credentials are invalid, but I'm absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password. I already tried the 'Forgot Password' link twice, but the reset emails never seem to arrive in my inbox. Has anyone else experienced login issues with the site recently? I really need to check on some pending withdrawals, so any advice on getting back into my account would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes the site just holds onto old, incorrect session data, which can cause invalid credential errors even if you type the right info.

I had this exact issue last month. It turns out the system was undergoing maintenance, and they temporarily locked out accounts until the migration was complete. You really need to check the official Harrington status page or their social media for announcements. Don't just rely on the login screen.

If the automated reset emails aren't coming through, the problem might be on the casino's side, or perhaps your email provider is aggressively filtering them. Check your spam folder, but also try adding the casino's domain name to your email's safe senders list. This is usually the fix.

Call customer support directly. Don't rely on the website forms. They can verify your identity over the phone and manually reset your login status.

I agree about the emails. I waited almost an hour after requesting the reset, and nothing came. I ended up having to wait until the next business day and calling them. It was a huge pain, but it worked.

You should try using a completely different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox or Edge. Sometimes, specific browser extensions or security settings interfere with the login script, causing the error message.

Regarding the withdrawals, remember that if your account is flagged for security reasons (like multiple failed logins), the withdrawal process will automatically pause until you confirm your identity via a secondary method, often a phone call or video verification. Be prepared for extra steps.

Did you check for typos in your username? It's so basic, but it happens to everyone when they are stressed.

If the website forms are failing you, try finding a direct phone number for their technical support. Speaking to a human being is almost always faster than dealing with automated reset loops. They should have a dedicated support line listed on their main contact page.

When you speak to them, ask if the withdrawal delay is related to the login issue. Sometimes they are linked, and they can manually push the withdrawal through once your access is restored.

Check your junk folder again. Seriously. Sometimes the reset links get caught there.

I recommend you do everything possible to contact them through a non-website channel. Use social media direct messaging (like Twitter or Facebook) to get their support team's attention. Sometimes they monitor those accounts more actively than their internal helpdesk.

This is incredibly frustrating. I spent an hour trying to log in myself, and I just wanted to check my balance. It feels like they are making it intentionally difficult to access funds.

Has anyone had success using the phone number I found on a third-party review site? I heard their main listed number was temporarily disconnected last week, and that was the only way I got through.
