Having major trouble logging into my account after the site update

I've been trying to access my account on BangBet all morning, but every time I enter my credentials, it just gives me an error message saying 'Invalid login details.' I've double-checked my username and password several times, and I know they are correct. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or has the platform changed its login procedure recently? I need to place some bets today, so any advice on how to reset my password or get support would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a screenshot of the error message if that helps.

Me too. It's been happening since the 10 AM update. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies first.

Did you try logging in using a different browser, like Chrome instead of Safari? Sometimes the site's scripts conflict with certain browser settings. Also, check if you are using the correct domain name; sometimes they redirect you to an old, non-functional page.

Just reset my password via the 'Forgot Password' link and it worked immediately. It seems the update messed up the session tokens for a few users.

Are you sure your username isn't case-sensitive? Some platforms are, and if you mistyped it even once, it will reject it.

I think the error message is misleading. It might mean your account is temporarily suspended due to unusual activity, not that your credentials are wrong. Check your registered email for any notifications from BangBet.

I'm going to try the 'Forgot Password' link again, but this time I'll use my registered email address and not my phone number, just in case the system is prioritizing one over the other.
