Has anyone used royalone com for their project? Need advice on quality.

Hi everyone, I'm looking into using royalone com for some specialized materials for a home renovation project. I've seen a few posts mentioning it, but I'm not sure if the reviews are balanced. Specifically, I'm wondering about the durability of their fixtures and whether the shipping process is reliable for large items. Has anyone had a positive experience with their customer service when dealing with custom orders? Any tips or warnings would be greatly appreciated before I commit to a purchase.

Be careful about the custom orders. I had a nightmare experience with the lead time and the final product didn't match the samples they showed me online. I suggest getting everything in writing and verifying dimensions multiple times before confirming.
