Hi everyone, I'm looking into using royalone com for some specialized materials for a home renovation project. I've seen a few posts mentioning it, but I'm not sure if the reviews are balanced. Specifically, I'm wondering about the durability of their fixtures and whether the shipping process is reliable for large items. Has anyone had a positive experience with their customer service when dealing with custom orders? Any tips or warnings would be greatly appreciated before I commit to a purchase.

I used them for bathroom fixtures. Durability is surprisingly good, definitely worth the price point.

Be careful about the custom orders. I had a nightmare experience with the lead time and the final product didn't match the samples they showed me online. I suggest getting everything in writing and verifying dimensions multiple times before confirming.

Short answer: Okay. Shipping was fine, but the customer service was slow.

I had a positive experience with their customer service when dealing with custom orders. They were very helpful and managed to get the specialized materials I needed within the projected timeframe. The quality of the fixtures exceeded my expectations for the price. I highly recommend them, especially if you need something unique or hard to source locally. Just make sure to confirm all measurements twice, as I did.

Has anyone dealt with their returns process? It seemed complicated.

The fixtures are beautiful, but the shipping for large items was a huge headache. They underestimated the weight and the delivery crew struggled. I suggest hiring your own movers to collect it from the depot.

I think the quality is decent, but you really need to negotiate the bulk pricing. Don't just take the first quote you get.

I agree with the shipping warning. When I ordered my specialized materials, the tracking information was inaccurate for days. It made the whole renovation timeline stressful. Plan for delays.

I found their selection of materials limited compared to local suppliers. It was a mixed bag.

I found the customer service to be excellent. They walked me through the entire process, from selecting the right fixture type to arranging the custom installation consultation. It was seamless.

Definitely check reviews from multiple sources. They seem to have a reputation for great aesthetics but sometimes struggle with logistics.

Be wary of the advertised durability. While the fixtures look solid, I noticed some minor pitting on the finish after just a few months of use. Maybe they are better for display than heavy use.

Regarding returns, it was straightforward. They provided a prepaid label and processed the refund within ten business days. Don't stress about it if something goes wrong.

Overall, a solid choice for unique materials. Just budget extra time for shipping and custom coordination.
