I'm planning a trip to the area and I've seen a few mentions of Uptown Aces Casino online, but I'm really struggling to find any unbiased reviews. Has anyone been recently who could tell me about their actual experience? I went last month. The slots are decent, but the bonus wagering requirements are brutal. Be prepared to play a lot to actually cash out the free spins.

Don't trust the advertised bonuses. I found the bonus structure to be incredibly misleading. The playthrough requirements are so high that you never actually get to use the full value of the free money. I spent $300 on bonuses and walked away with almost nothing. Customer service was useless when I tried to dispute a payout issue.

Seriously, avoid it if you are looking for reliability. The customer service was slow, unhelpful, and frankly, rude when I had a question about my account balance. It felt like they just wanted you to play and not question anything. Save your money elsewhere.
