I just downloaded the newest version of the bet365 app and I'm having some trouble with the live betting section. It keeps lagging, especially when I try to place multiple quick bets during a fast-paced game. On the desktop website, everything runs smoothly, but the app feels clunky and slow. Has anyone else experienced this after the recent update? I'm worried it might be a bug that needs fixing, or maybe I need to clear my cache. Any tips on optimizing performance would be greatly appreciated.

To reply to the user who said 'try restarting your phone': Did that help you with the quick bets? Because when I try to place three quick bets in a row, it still times out and gives me an error message. It feels like a backend issue, not a local device problem.

I think it's definitely a bug. I was using the app for months without any issues, and this update broke the core functionality of placing multiple bets quickly. It's frustrating because the app used to be seamless and fast. I've reported it through their official support channels, but haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully, a patch drops soon.

Long read: I've been tracking this since the update went live. I tested it on both iOS 16 and Android 13, and the performance degradation is noticeable on both platforms. Specifically, the delay between confirming a bet and the confirmation message appearing is unacceptable. I suspect the issue might be related to how the app handles real-time data streams when the odds are fluctuating rapidly. Maybe they need to optimize their API calls for high-frequency updates. Until they release a fix, I'm sticking to the browser version, even if it's slightly clunkier than the old app. It's much more reliable right now.
