I've been playing at Playzax for about a month now and I've had some good luck with the slot machines. The sign-up bonus was generous, but I'm running into some issues trying to withdraw my winnings. It's been taking way longer than the stated processing time, and customer support has been difficult to reach. Has anyone else experienced delays or had to submit extra verification documents that weren't necessary? I just want to make sure my funds are secure and accessible.

I recommend calling them directly during business hours, not just using the chat bot. I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes, but speaking to a human agent actually helped me understand the required documentation better. It was frustrating, but I got it sorted out eventually.

Don't trust the advertised withdrawal times. I had a $50 withdrawal that was supposed to take 24 hours, but it took five full business days. Customer support was useless; they just kept sending me automated responses that didn't address my actual issue. I had to escalate the ticket multiple times just to get an update. It feels like they intentionally make it difficult to take money out, which is really concerning for user security.

>> [User who wrote the long complaint] Did you try submitting a screenshot of your ID and a recent utility bill? My friend had to do that, and it cleared the delay instantly. They seem to be running a massive anti-fraud sweep right now, so be prepared for extra steps.

I've been waiting since last week. I initially thought maybe I just needed to wait, but now it's been over a week and I'm starting to get really paranoid. Has anyone else noticed that the minimum withdrawal amount seems to suddenly increase after you hit a certain balance? It feels like a deliberate tactic to keep you playing and prevent you from cashing out big wins.

>> [User who wrote the warning about minimum amounts] I think it's more about compliance than a tactic. Since they are dealing with so much money, they have to follow extremely strict anti-money laundering rules. It's slow and annoying for us, but it's probably just bureaucracy, not a scam. Just be patient and provide every document they ask for, even if it seems redundant.
