I've been using luckykand for about six months now, and generally, I've been very happy with the results. However, I just received a new shipment, and the quality seems noticeably lower than before. Specifically, the packaging felt flimsy, and the core product itself didn't seem to activate properly out of the box. I'm worried if this is just a bad batch or if the company has changed their manufacturing process. Has anyone else noticed this decline in quality recently, or am I just being overly sensitive?

I feel the same way. My last shipment was definitely weaker. I think they changed the source materials.

It's possible it's just a bad batch. Sometimes manufacturing has hiccups. Try contacting customer support and asking for a replacement batch.

Honestly, I haven't noticed anything. Maybe the way you're using it is different? I've been getting great results for months now.

Mine were fine. Maybe you're just being overly sensitive, OP. Don't stress about it.

I noticed it too! The smell is different, and the consistency is way off. It's a huge letdown after being loyal for so long.

Totally agree with the OP. I used it last week, and it was noticeably less potent than the batches from three months ago. Has anyone else noticed the packaging quality decline too?

Reply to OP: Did you try storing it in a cool, dark place? Sometimes temperature fluctuations can affect activation.

I think they are definitely cutting corners. The little instructions card felt cheap, and the product itself seems watered down. I'm going to try a competitor brand next time.

Reply to OP: I think it's more than just a bad batch. I remember when they used to send a small sample of a different product in the box. They stopped doing that, and it feels like a drop in overall care.

Maybe it's the humidity where you are? I live near the coast and sometimes the air quality affects these types of products. Give it a try!

I'm going to report this to the company through social media. Sometimes that gets a faster response than email. Fingers crossed they acknowledge the issue.

Reply to OP: I had the same issue last month, and I ended up getting a full refund and a credit for the next order. Be persistent!

It might be seasonal. Sometimes the raw materials change depending on the harvest cycle. Don't panic yet, give it a couple of weeks.

I'm skeptical about blaming the company entirely. Maybe the storage methods at the distribution center are the problem. It's hard to say for sure.

Reply to OP: I agree with the decline. I think the core issue is that they are trying to increase profit margins by reducing the actual active ingredients, and the packaging is just a side effect of that cost-cutting.

Just try using it with a different carrier or method of application. Sometimes the issue isn't the product, but how it's being delivered to the user.
