I just picked up the 32red mobile last week, and the camera and display are fantastic. However, I'm planning to use it for some intensive mobile gaming sessions, like Genshin Impact, and I'm worried about sustained performance. Has anyone here tested its thermal management under heavy load? I'm specifically wondering if the '32red' variant has any known limitations regarding chipset throttling when running demanding titles for more than an hour. Any advice on optimizing settings or if I should consider a cooling accessory would be greatly appreciated.

I found it overheats fast.

Thermal throttling is real. After about 75 minutes of Genshin, the frame rate definitely dips. You might need a dedicated cooler if you plan marathon sessions. I recommend setting the game's graphical fidelity to 'High' instead of 'Ultra' to mitigate the worst of the heat.

Check the global settings for background processes. Closing everything else can help immensely.

Totally agree. My friend bought this and was disappointed with the sustained performance. He said that while the initial burst is great, the heat buildup makes it unplayable for long periods. He suggested that optimizing the game's internal settings, rather than relying solely on the phone's settings, made a noticeable difference. Maybe try limiting the frame rate cap to 60 FPS consistently, rather than letting it fluctuate.

Short term gaming is fine.

Has anyone tested the 32red against the competition? Specifically, how does its sustained performance compare to the XYZ brand phone in the same price bracket? I'm really worried about the chipset longevity if I push it this hard. I read some mixed reviews about the cooling system being purely passive, which is a major concern for intensive titles like Honkai Star Rail. I'd love to hear if anyone has empirical data on its maximum stable operating temperature.

I think the battery drain is worse than the heat.

The cooling accessory is a must. Don't risk your gaming experience. I bought a third-party cooler and it stabilized the temperature immediately, allowing me to play for over three hours without noticeable slowdown. It was a lifesaver.

Try playing in landscape mode. Sometimes portrait mode taxes the GPU differently.

I had the same issue. It felt like the phone was actively resisting the gaming session. I ended up lowering the resolution within the game settings, which was the single biggest performance boost I could achieve. It's a trade-off, but it makes the difference between playable and frustrating.

Definitely check for firmware updates first. Sometimes performance bottlenecks are fixed by the manufacturer.
