I recently started taking Pronto Energy because I've been feeling really drained after my weightlifting sessions. I've read mixed reviews online, and I'm not sure if I should take it pre-workout, post-workout, or even just on rest days. My goal is to improve my stamina without getting the jitters or a massive crash later. Has anyone here used it for intense training? If so, what dosage and timing did you find most effective? Any tips on maximizing its benefits would be greatly appreciated.

My routine is: 1/2 dose on rest days for general energy, and a full dose 4 hours after a heavy session. This timing helps stabilize my energy levels and prevents that mid-day crash. I also pair it with magnesium supplements to maximize muscle relaxation and reduce soreness. I think the key is consistency, not just timing. It took me several weeks to see real improvements in my overall stamina and endurance during my weightlifting sessions. Don't expect miracles overnight, but if you are consistent, it really helps.

Honestly, I think you are focusing too much on the supplement and not enough on diet. Proper sleep, high-quality protein intake, and complex carbohydrates are the real pillars of recovery. If you optimize your nutrition, you might find that the energy boost from Pronto is unnecessary, or at least, less critical. Try cutting back on the supplement for a week and focusing purely on whole foods. You might be surprised how much your body can handle with natural fuel sources. Remember that supplements are meant to complement a healthy lifestyle, not replace it.

Please talk to a doctor before changing your supplement regimen. Energy drinks and pre-workouts can interact with other medications or underlying conditions. Also, listen to your body; if you feel sick or overly anxious, stop immediately. There is no one-size-fits-all answer, and safety should always be your top priority. Researching the ingredients and understanding their function is just as important as knowing when to take them.
