I'm planning a trip to Vegas next month and I keep seeing mentions of Westfate for some services, but I'm honestly overwhelmed by the reviews. I'm trying to figure out if they are reliable, especially for something important like car rental or maybe even a local tour. Has anyone used their services recently? I'd really appreciate hearing about your actual experience, both the good and the bad. Knowing if they are worth the hype would save me a lot of stress when I get there.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them. I booked a tour and the guide was late, the vehicle was dirty, and the itinerary felt rushed. I ended up using a competitor instead. Save your money and stress.

Short answer: Avoid. Used them for a shuttle and it was a nightmare. Overpriced and the pickup point was confusing. Seriously, look elsewhere.

I had a positive experience with their local tour package. The guide, Sarah, was fantastic and really knowledgeable about Vegas history. It was much better than the big corporate tour groups. Highly recommend checking out their schedule!

Totally agree with the person above. I had a similar issue with the car rental. They charged me extra fees at the counter that were never mentioned online. Very frustrating experience.

Wait, are you asking about Westfate or West Gate? I think there's a mix-up. I used West Gate for a rental and it was flawless. Check the name again.

I booked a car rental through them last month. The car was exactly as described, the pickup was smooth, and the rates were very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
