I'm planning a trip and everyone online raves about the 'wow' factor of this casino, but I'm skeptical. I've seen pictures of the main atrium and the high-tech gaming areas, but I'm worried it might be overrated. Has anyone been recently who can give a real review? Specifically, I'm interested in the dining options and whether the shows live up to the hype. Also, are the parking rates manageable, or should I plan on using ride-shares? Any insider tips would be greatly appreciated before I book my flights.

Just got back last week. The atrium is stunning, no doubt. But don't expect magic just because it's shiny.

Dining was okay. We hit up the Italian place, which was decent, but definitely not worth the hype or the price tag. Stick to the buffet if you're on a budget.

Shows are great. Seriously, the main Vegas residency show was top-tier. Book tickets in advance, though, or you'll be stuck in the general seating.

Parking is a nightmare. Seriously, plan on using ride-shares. The rates are astronomical, and walking back from the garage at night is a trek.

The casino floor is huge. It's overwhelming, honestly. Take it slow and don't feel pressured to hit every single gaming area. Focus on one or two things.

Totally overrated. I spent a fortune on dinner and barely felt the atmosphere. Save your money and go to a different strip location.

I disagree. The energy is palpable. The new gaming machines are really advanced and engaging. It's a fun place to spend a night.

Regarding the shows, I saw a review saying they were cheesy. Did anyone else feel that way, or was that just one person's bad night?

Short answer: Yes. Go. But manage your expectations. It's flashy, but the fun is in the experience, not just the marble floors.

If you are concerned about parking, I recommend looking into the hotel shuttle system from the adjacent property. It saves you money and hassle.

The rooftop bar has amazing views, even if the casino itself is a bit much. Great place for a cocktail and some people-watching before dinner.

I found the dining options varied enough that we didn't feel restricted. We had everything from casual tacos to fancy steak, which was perfect.

Reply to the user who said the shows were cheesy: They are NOT cheesy. The production value is insane. The lighting, the costumes, the scale of the performance- it's world-class entertainment. You need to see it to believe it.

Don't forget to check out the art installations. They are surprisingly good and give the whole place a unique vibe beyond just the slot machines.

My biggest tip is to wear comfortable shoes. You will be walking miles, regardless of whether you plan on gambling or just exploring the grounds.

The parking rates are manageable if you book a valet service through the hotel concierge. It's slightly more expensive than self-parking, but worth the peace of mind.

We ate at the Mediterranean spot and it was surprisingly authentic and delicious. Definitely a hidden gem compared to the main fine dining spots.

Honestly, just go. Don't overthink the hype. Vegas is always going to be a little bit much, and Wow Vegas is no exception. Have fun and spend the money you brought!
