Hi everyone, I'm looking into using Wunderino.com for our company's annual retreat next quarter, and I've seen some mixed reviews online. Specifically, I'm trying to figure out if their booking system is reliable for large groups, say over 50 people. Has anyone had experience with their vendor coordination tools? I'm worried about the integration process and if it handles multiple payment types smoothly. Any real-world feedback on the user experience would be incredibly helpful before I commit to a paid plan. Thanks in advance!

I used them last year for a team offsite of about 40 people. The vendor coordination was decent, but the payment integration was a nightmare. We had to manually reconcile several payments.

Short answer: Proceed with caution. The booking system is okay for small groups, but for 50+, you might hit scaling issues.

My experience was mixed. The UI is intuitive, which was great for our internal team, but when it came to integrating external vendors (like specialized caterers), the API documentation was outdated. We spent days troubleshooting the connection.

Seriously? Don't use it. Just use a dedicated event management platform like Cvent or Eventbrite for this scale. Wunderino is overkill and underpowered simultaneously.

Did you check their support forums? They updated the payment gateway recently. I found that handling multiple payment types (corporate cards and local vouchers) was surprisingly smooth.

We ran a massive conference through them. It handled 150+ attendees without a hitch. The vendor portal was robust, allowing us to track contracts and payments all in one place. Highly recommend if you need scale.

I agree with the payment issue. It was clunky. I ended up using a third-party tool to manage the financial side and just used Wunderino for the itinerary and communication. Saves headaches.

Five stars. It was perfect for our annual retreat. The vendor coordination tools allowed us to negotiate and track multiple quotes simultaneously, which saved us dozens of hours of email chains. Worth the paid plan.

The user experience is fine, but be prepared for a steep learning curve for the admin team. It's powerful, but not beginner-friendly.

Are you worried about the payment types specifically? We had issues accepting local currency payments from international vendors. You might need a dedicated payment processor bridge.

I think the reliability issue you're worried about is mostly related to your group size, not the platform itself. For 50-75 people, it handled our corporate booking perfectly. Just make sure your internal team is trained well.

Short and sweet: It works. Don't stress too much.

We found that while the booking system is good, the vendor communication aspect was lacking. It felt more like a repository for documents than an active coordination tool. We had to build custom workflows outside of it.

I'd say the biggest selling point is the centralized dashboard. Being able to see the status of every vendor, every payment, and every attendee on one screen is invaluable. It really streamlines the whole process.

I'd suggest looking at their enterprise tier if you are dealing with payments and large groups. The basic plan definitely struggles with complexity and volume.

To address the payment concern: yes, it handles multiple types, but it requires pre-configuration and testing. Don't assume it's plug-and-play. Test it with a small dummy transaction first.

Honestly, I found the whole platform overly complicated for a simple retreat. We needed something more focused on scheduling and less on financial management. Maybe reconsider your needs scope.
