I'm planning a small-scale commercial project and I've been looking into using the Isle Platforms for the foundational build. I've read a few reviews, but they seem quite mixed regarding the long-term stability and the associated maintenance costs. Specifically, I'm wondering about the power grid integration and whether the current zoning laws are flexible enough for a mixed-use space. Has anyone successfully completed a build on this platform in the last year or two?
