I'm planning a trip and I've heard mixed things about Fred Casino. I'm trying to decide if it's worth the trip, especially for the slot machines and table games. Has anyone been in the last month or so? I'm particularly interested in knowing about the payout rates and the overall atmosphere. Also, are the customer service staff helpful, or is it just hype? Just went last week. Slots are okay, but the table games felt a bit slow. Customer service was fine, nothing special.

Honestly, don't bother. I went last month and felt like they were actively trying to keep the payout rates low. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, not relaxing at all. I spent $500 and walked away with $50. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was there two weeks ago, and I found the staff extremely helpful, especially the concierge. They really went out of their way to help us navigate the different sections. The slots are decent, but the high-limit table games are where the real action is. Overall, a solid experience, definitely worth the trip if you like a lively, upscale vibe.

The food and drink were overpriced, but the selection of slot machines was massive. It kept us busy for hours. Good place to just hang out and gamble for a while.
