My advice is to keep all your communication via email and take screenshots of everything. It creates a paper trail that is much harder for them to ignore later on. Don't rely on a phone call for proof.

If the withdrawal is genuinely urgent, maybe you can try contacting your bank directly and asking them if they can expedite the incoming transfer from the casino's payment processor. That might be faster than waiting for Yabby.
