I'm really excited for the awards ceremony tonight, but I'm worried about keeping up with everything. Since it's a live draw, the schedule changes so fast, and I want to make sure I don't miss any major announcements or key moments. Has anyone found a reliable streaming link or a dedicated live blog that keeps up with the minute-by-minute updates? I'd prefer something that aggregates all the winners and nominees in one place, rather than just relying on scattered social media posts. Any tips on the best viewing experience would be greatly appreciated!

Check out Variety's live feed. They usually have the best minute-by-minute coverage.

I found that following the official Cannes Film Festival Instagram account is actually the most reliable way. They post winners immediately, and the stories are updated constantly. It's less overwhelming than trying to track everything across multiple sites, and they usually aggregate the key moments into carousels. Just set a reminder to check it every 15 minutes because things move fast!

The dedicated site is best.

I agree with the Instagram suggestion. But maybe also check out Deadline's live blog. They tend to have a more comprehensive rundown of the nominees and the actual results, which is exactly what you need to avoid missing key details.

Just watch the main network broadcast. Don't trust the secondary streams.

Has anyone tried using a dedicated Twitter bot for this? I heard one person recommended a specific account that aggregates all the major announcements in real-time. It seemed efficient, but I'm skeptical about its accuracy since it's not official.

It's a nightmare. Too many sources. Maybe just watch the official YouTube stream and keep a notepad handy.

I think the biggest issue is the sheer volume of content. Maybe set up alerts on Google News for 'Cannes winners' to get a summary when the major announcements happen, rather than trying to follow every single post.

Definitely stick to one source. Otherwise, you'll get conflicting information and waste time.

I'd recommend checking out The Hollywood Reporter's live coverage. They are usually very detailed about the ceremony flow and provide a good running tally of who is nominated and who wins. It's professional and reliable.

The official festival website itself. They usually have a dedicated 'Live Updates' section during the event. It's the most direct source.

I found that relying solely on social media is a trap. Too many people are reposting incomplete information. Stick to major news outlets' main websites for the full picture.

I'm going to use a combination. I'll keep the official Instagram open for the immediate hype, but I'll have The Hollywood Reporter tab open next to it to cross-reference the actual results. That way, I get the excitement and the facts.

Just set a few alarms. You'll know when the big announcements are coming up, which helps you focus on the key moments rather than trying to track every single person being mentioned.

Does anyone know if the local French news channels stream the entire thing? Sometimes they have a better angle than the international coverage.

I think the best viewing experience is actually having friends on a group chat who are watching together. You can react to the moments in real time, and someone can quickly summarize what was just announced without you having to check five different links.

I tried the live blog idea, but it was too overwhelming. I ended up just watching the main broadcast and taking notes. It was much less stressful that way.

I heard that the streaming quality on the main network is terrible. Maybe try a VPN to access a different regional stream? Just a thought.

Seriously, the official festival app, if they have one. It's designed for the event and should have the most accurate, curated information stream.
