I think they only run codes during major holidays. If you buy now, you might be paying peak price. Hold off until Black Friday or something similar.

It's definitely worth contacting their customer support directly. Sometimes they can manually apply a discount if you explain that you're a long-time user. Don't just ask for a code; explain why you deserve a discount.
