I've been having trouble getting my recent winnings withdrawn from bet365 UK. It's been taking significantly longer than usual, and the customer service chat support just keeps giving me generic answers. I followed all the steps for verification, but the withdrawal still seems stuck in processing. Has anyone else experienced delays or had to contact them through a different channel? I'd really appreciate any advice on how to speed this up or if there's a known issue with their payment system right now.

Yeah, I had the same thing last month. They are definitely slow right now.

Hang in there. Sometimes it's just banking processing time, even if bet365 says it's done. Give it another 48 hours before panicking. I waited a week once, and it just magically appeared.

Did you try contacting them via Twitter? Sometimes the social media team is more responsive than the chat support.

Mine was fine. Just waited 5 days. It's probably fine, mate. Don't stress over it.

Seriously, try calling them directly. The phone line seems to bypass the general chat queue and sometimes gets you to a human who can actually escalate the issue. I spent 20 minutes on hold, but it was worth it.

I heard they changed their payment gateway recently. Might be causing the bottleneck. Keep an eye on official forum posts for any service announcements.

What bank are you using? Sometimes the issue isn't the bookie, but the bank itself flagging the withdrawal as suspicious activity.

Reply to the user above: @UserX, I think the bank is usually the culprit. My withdrawal was delayed 7 days, and the bank called me saying they needed more verification from my side, not bet365.

They are notorious for this. Always wait until you have a large sum before withdrawing, and they suddenly become extremely difficult to deal with. It's a known pattern.

I'm going to try submitting a formal complaint through their official complaints portal. Chat support is useless. Hopefully, that forces a faster internal review.

Hey, I had a similar delay. I ended up getting a partial withdrawal first, which cleared the system, and then the rest followed a few days later. It was a workaround, but it worked.

Don't just wait. Keep following up every 24 hours. A polite, persistent reminder email often gets a better response than just waiting for the system to magically fix itself.

reply to the user who suggested calling: I tried calling, and they kept me on hold for over an hour before telling me I needed to use the chat anyway. It's a joke.

Just check your email spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation of the withdrawal being processed is sent there, which means it's actually moving.

I think you need to escalate this. If the standard customer service channels fail, look for a dedicated 'Dispute Resolution' contact or a Head of Support email if you can find it. Persistence is key here.
