I've been playing on LegendPlay Casino for a couple of months now and generally love the selection of games they offer. However, I just tried to withdraw some winnings and the process seems unnecessarily complicated. The site kept asking for verification documents I thought I had already uploaded, and the estimated processing time was much longer than the initial promise. Has anyone else dealt with delays or required extra steps when cashing out? I'm worried my funds might get stuck in limbo if I don't figure out what the actual protocol is.

I had the exact same issue last month. They kept asking for my bank statement even though I provided my passport and utility bill. It felt like an endless loop of verification. I finally gave up and waited three weeks, which was ridiculous. Just be prepared for delays, no matter what the initial estimate says.

My funds were held for 72 hours initially, and then they asked for a selfie holding a piece of paper with today's date. It was overkill. I recommend contacting their live chat support directly, rather than using the automated system.

I found that using a different payment method completely bypassed the verification headache. They forced me to use e-wallet instead of direct bank transfer, and the withdrawal was instant. Try that.

It's always this way with online casinos. They make it seem easy until you actually try to take the money out. Just accept the risk, I guess.

I agree with the poster. The processing time is misleading. They promise 24 hours, but it's usually 5-7 business days minimum. Don't panic, just plan accordingly.

Why do you think so? I have a different experience. My withdrawal was processed within 12 hours, and they only asked for my ID and proof of address, nothing more.

They definitely overcomplicate things. I spent two hours on hold with customer service just to find out I needed a notarized copy of my driver's license. What a waste of time.

I tried contacting them via Twitter support, and they were surprisingly helpful. They walked me through the exact document requirements and told me which specific form I needed to fill out. It saved me days of waiting.

Reply to the previous post: Did you try the live chat? Sometimes the human agent can manually push the verification through if the system is glitching.

Be patient. I waited a week, and everything was fine. Just don't withdraw everything at once. Withdraw smaller amounts to test the waters first.

The system seems to flag any large withdrawal as suspicious activity, forcing extra checks. It's a security measure, but it's incredibly annoying for the user. I recommend withdrawing in smaller, staggered amounts to avoid this.

I think the issue might be with the bank receiving the funds. My bank flagged the transaction as potential fraud and required me to call them to confirm it was legitimate. It wasn't LegendPlay's fault, but it was a huge headache.

Reply to the previous post: Oh really? Which bank are you using? Sometimes the receiving bank has its own rules about international transfers.

Just use a different payment processor. PayPal worked for me when my bank declined the transfer. It was a workaround, but it got the cash out quickly.

It's a known pattern. They want you to stay playing, so they make the exit difficult. Don't let them stress you out. Keep records of every interaction and screenshot every confirmation email.

I had to wait 10 days. I swear they intentionally slow it down. It's predatory practice. I'm never using them again.
