I just had a really positive session playing slots and I was excited to withdraw some winnings, but the process seems unnecessarily complicated. I followed all the steps on the website, and it's been over 48 hours since I submitted the request. Has anyone here had better luck or received faster payouts? I'm worried if there's a known issue with their payment system right now. I appreciate any advice on what I should do next.

Yeah, I had the same issue last month. It took nearly a week.

Don't panic. Sometimes they just process things in batches. Keep checking your email for any updates from them.

I heard from a friend who played there that you need to verify your ID through a secondary system. It adds a few days, but it's standard procedure for large payouts. Maybe check your spam folder for a verification link?

Seriously? 48 hours is too long. You should contact their live chat support immediately and ask for a ticket number.

I used PayPal and it was instant. Maybe try linking a different payment method next time? That helped me out.

This is exactly what happened to me. I was so excited, but then nothing. I waited 72 hours and finally got a reply telling me they were 'reviewing the transaction.' It was frustrating.

Are you sure you submitted all the required documents? Sometimes a missing piece of info stalls the whole process. Double check your submission checklist.

Hey, @User123, I agree with the OP. They should be more transparent about their withdrawal timelines. It's super stressful waiting.

Maybe wait until the weekend? Sometimes their processing team is smaller then, and things move slower. Just a guess.

I recommend checking Reddit threads dedicated to Eurogrand. Other users might have found a specific workaround or a temporary fix for the payment system.

Did you check if they have any specific minimum withdrawal amount that might be affecting the speed? Sometimes larger sums trigger manual review.

To the person who said to contact live chat: Yes, do it, but keep a record of every interaction. Take screenshots of the chat history. It helps if you need to escalate the complaint later.

Just use a different site. Honestly, the withdrawal process at Eurogrand feels sketchy. I moved all my money to MegaPlay last month and haven't had any issues.

I waited 5 days. It was agonizing. They eventually paid it out, but I lost faith in them. Be careful with your funds.

I think the issue might be with your bank's side, not the casino's. Sometimes large online transactions flag your account for security reasons. Call your bank and ask them if they see any pending holds related to Eurogrand.

Has anyone here successfully used a third-party payment service like Skrill? I heard that bypasses some of their internal delays.

It's a known issue. They are always having technical difficulties with their payment gateway. Just assume it will take 5-7 business days and plan accordingly.

I feel bad, but maybe you should just withdraw a smaller amount first, just to test if the system is working properly for smaller transactions. It might give you an answer.

I'm going to try contacting them via Twitter support. Sometimes public pressure works faster than private support tickets. Good luck!
