I've been trying to use the new welcome bonus at Pokerstar Casino for a few days now, and I'm running into some confusion regarding the wagering requirements. The terms page seems to contradict what the customer service representative told me last week. Specifically, it's unclear if the bonus funds count towards the general play limits or if they are restricted only to specific table games. Has anyone successfully cashed out a large win using this bonus recently? Any advice on the best way to navigate the playthrough rules would be greatly appreciated before I lose my deposit funds.

I had the same issue. They are super vague about whether the bonus funds count towards the general play limits or if they are restricted only to specific table games.

Long story short: assume they are restricted. Always read the fine print, even if it's confusing. I spent weeks trying to figure out the specific game exclusions.

Has anyone successfully cashed out a large win using this bonus recently? I need confirmation that it's actually possible, not just marketing fluff. I'm hesitant to risk my main deposit funds on this.

Definitely check the terms page again. Sometimes they update the rules without changing the visible text, which is frustrating.

My experience was that the bonus funds only count towards the specific table games mentioned in the bonus structure. I found that playing slots helped hit the wagering requirement faster, but the winnings from the slots were subject to different rules.

I heard that if you play a mix of games, the system just counts the total amount wagered, regardless of the game type. Just a rumor though.

I think the customer service rep was giving you outdated information. I spoke to them last month, and they explicitly told me that the bonus funds were only usable on Blackjack and Roulette, nothing else.

Seriously, just play low stakes. It's the only way to minimize the risk while you figure out the playthrough rules. Don't try to win big until you know the rules inside and out.

I disagree with the idea that you should just play low stakes. If you play low stakes, you'll never meet the wagering requirement because the required volume is so high. You have to play enough to hit the target, even if it feels risky.

I recommend contacting support again, but this time, ask them to send you the specific, written policy document for the current bonus. Don't rely on verbal assurances.

It's a nightmare. I wasted $150 trying to figure out if the bonus applied to poker tournaments. It turns out it only applied to cash table play, which was a huge oversight.

The best way to navigate it is to treat the bonus funds like they are separate money. Don't touch your main deposit until the bonus requirement is 100% cleared. It keeps your focus.

Did anyone else notice that the bonus funds are subject to a time limit? If you take too long, they just expire and you lose everything.

To reply to the last post: Yes, the time limit is real. I almost lost my bonus because I took a week off. Keep track of the start date carefully.
