I've been playing at the LINQ poker room for about six months now, and generally, I love the variety of tournaments they offer. However, I ran into a significant issue with my last withdrawal. The payout process seemed much slower than usual, and I had to contact support multiple times just to get an update. Has anyone else experienced delays or issues with the withdrawal system recently? I'm worried if I'm misunderstanding the process or if there's a known technical glitch with the platform right now. Any advice on how to speed up or verify my withdrawal status would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. Mine took nearly two weeks.

I had a similar issue last month. They told me it was a standard processing delay, but it still felt excessive. Have you checked your linked bank account for any pending transactions? Sometimes the hold is on the bank's end, not the site's.

Check the FAQ section again. Sometimes they update the withdrawal timeline without announcing it prominently.

I think it's just peak season volume. Don't stress too much.

Are you using e-wallet or direct bank transfer? My experience was much faster with the e-wallet option, even if the limits are lower. I recommend trying that for smaller amounts first.

Seriously, contacting support multiple times just makes it worse. They just cycle you through automated responses. You need to ask for a supervisor and reference a specific ticket number.

I waited 10 days for a withdrawal once. I finally figured out it wasn't a glitch, but a mandatory 7-10 business day processing window for all withdrawals over $1000. They should really communicate that better.

Did you try submitting the withdrawal request during off-peak hours? Sometimes the system processes requests in batches overnight, which might explain the perceived delay.

I agree with the previous poster. It's frustrating when you feel like you're chasing your own money. I found that sending a polite, detailed email to the finance department (if they have a dedicated address) worked better than the general chat support.

They always say 'technical glitch' but it's usually just their payment processor having a hiccup. Give it another 48 hours before panicking.

I'm worried about the payout system too. It feels like they are intentionally slowing things down to encourage more play. Has anyone noticed a correlation between high tournament activity and payout delays?

The payout system is notorious. My advice is to withdraw small amounts frequently rather than one massive withdrawal. It keeps the process moving and reduces the risk of a single large hold.

It's definitely not just you. My friend had the exact same issue last week and spent hours on the phone with them. It's a known problem right now.

When you contact support, always ask for the specific internal reference number for the payout request. This forces them to look up the transaction details rather than giving you general troubleshooting steps.

Did you check if your bank requires specific pre-authorization for online transfers? Sometimes the delay isn't the poker site, but your bank security protocols kicking in.
