Anyone else having trouble with the new login system on Casanova Gaming?

I've been trying to access a few of the older game profiles through the Casanova Gaming site, but the new login portal seems really buggy. Every time I enter my credentials, it either gives me a vague error message or it just times out. I've tried clearing my cache and using different browsers, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else run into this specific issue, or is there a known workaround until the site updates the backend? I really want to play the multiplayer mode, but I can't get past the sign-in page.

I had the exact same issue yesterday. It kept timing out, even when I was sure my password was correct. I spent an hour just trying to get into the profile management section. Maybe they need to roll back the changes to the authentication service until they fix the underlying bugs.

Did you try accessing it via the mobile app instead of the desktop site? Sometimes the mobile backend is updated separately and might work around the issue.

I think it's a server overload issue. It's peak hours for the multiplayer mode, and the new system just can't handle the traffic. Maybe waiting until the early morning hours will help?

I just got an email saying they are aware of the login issues and that a patch is scheduled for tonight at 10 PM EST. You might just need to wait it out.

Are you sure it's not a browser extension conflict? I use Chrome and I disabled all my ad blockers and VPNs just to test it. It finally worked after I cleared the cache AND disabled the extensions.

Replying to the user who mentioned the email: Has anyone seen the official announcement? I don't want to rely on rumors about patches. I checked the official status page and it just says 'Maintenance in Progress' with no ETA.

I tried using Incognito mode and it worked instantly. It was definitely a cached credential problem on my end. Sorry for the worry!

The support ticket system is useless right now. They just give generic responses and tell you to clear your cache. It's frustrating because the problem seems much deeper than a simple local glitch.

I'm using Firefox and I'm getting a '503 Service Unavailable' error every single time. This feels like a major backend failure, not just a minor bug. Has anyone else seen that specific error code?

Just try logging in using a different email address associated with an old profile. Sometimes the system forces a re-authentication path that bypasses the main bug.

It's definitely not just me. I've been stuck on the sign-in page for three days now. It's ruining my gaming routine. I hope they fix it soon.
