I've been trying to use the Bally app for my account management, but since the last update, it keeps crashing whenever I try to view my transaction history. Before this, it was super straightforward, and I never had any issues logging in or finding the necessary details. I've already cleared the cache and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. Has anyone found a workaround or maybe figured out if there's a known bug with the current version? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. It crashed yesterday when I checked my statements. Is it just me or is the whole app unstable right now?

I'm using the latest version (v3.1.2) and I'm encountering the exact same crash when I navigate to the transaction log. I've tried logging in via the desktop site instead, and that seems to work perfectly fine for viewing history.

Did you try logging in through a different browser on a computer? Sometimes the mobile app has specific compatibility issues with certain phone operating systems.

I found a workaround! Instead of hitting the 'View History' button, try going through the 'Statements' section first. It takes you to the transaction data without triggering the crash. It's super clunky, but it works.

Wait, @User123, are you sure it's a bug? Maybe it's related to how many transactions you have. If your history is massive, maybe the app is timing out or struggling to load all that data at once. Try filtering by a smaller date range.

Short and sweet: Update your phone's OS. That fixed it for me.

I'm so frustrated. I spent 20 minutes troubleshooting this, and nothing helped. I think Bally needs to roll back the update or at least release a hotfix immediately. This is unacceptable for a financial app. I need reliable access to my records, and right now, this app is actively preventing me from doing that. Has anyone contacted customer support yet, or are they just telling you to reinstall?

To the person who suggested checking the desktop site: I tried that, and the desktop site is giving me an 'Error 503' message whenever I try to pull up more than six months of data. So that's not a solution either.

I just cleared my phone's full cache, not just the app cache. Sometimes the system cache holds onto bad data that messes with app functionality. Worth a shot.

Has anyone checked if this is happening only on iOS or only on Android? My friend has the same issue on an iPhone 14, and I'm on a Samsung Galaxy. It seems platform specific.

I think the issue might be with my specific account settings. I spoke to a representative, and they advised me to try using the dedicated web portal instead of the mobile app until the next patch is released. They said it bypasses the buggy mobile module entirely.
