I'm trying to download the Dingo Casino app onto my new phone, but I keep running into compatibility issues. I've checked the requirements, and it seems like it should work with my operating system, but the app just crashes every time I try to access the live dealer games. Has anyone successfully used this app recently? I'm worried if the platform is reliable for depositing funds, especially if it's a new update. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Mine too. It keeps crashing on the roulette section. Did they change something with the latest update?

I just switched to using the web browser version instead. The app seems unstable right now, especially after their recent server maintenance. I found the desktop site much smoother for depositing and playing. Maybe they need to patch the mobile compatibility issues. Has anyone tried clearing the cache on the app itself? Sometimes that fixes random crashes.

Check your OS version. It's a common compatibility trap.

I'm on the latest iOS version and it worked fine until yesterday. Since then, every time I hit the live dealer button, it just spins and then quits. I tried reinstalling it twice, but no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this specific failure point?

Replying to the user about the web browser: I agree. The web version is definitely more reliable right now. I was worried about depositing funds through the app, but the browser felt much more secure and stable. I've been using it for the last few days and haven't had a single crash.

Short answer: Try a different device. Maybe it's your phone.

I had the same problem last month. I ended up contacting their customer support directly via live chat. They told me it was a known bug with Android 13 and that they were rolling out a fix patch. It took them about a week, but it finally worked. You might need to wait for an official fix rather than troubleshooting endlessly.

Does anyone know if they support Samsung phones specifically? Mine is a Samsung S23 and the app just freezes when I try to load the video feed for the live dealers. It's super frustrating.

Replying to the user about customer support: That's helpful info. I was about to spend hours on troubleshooting myself. I'll wait for the patch then. Thanks for the heads up!

Just use the browser. Seriously. It's less hassle and works perfectly for me.

I also noticed that the app crashes if I try to switch between game types too quickly. It seems like the connection stability is the main issue, not necessarily the OS compatibility. Maybe throttling your background apps would help stabilize it while you play.
