I've been trying to get some help with a withdrawal issue for the past two days, and the live chat service has been really inconsistent. Sometimes it connects instantly, but other times I wait forever and just get an automated response. I'm worried that if I can't get a clear answer on the withdrawal process, I might lose my funds. Has anyone had a good experience with their chat support lately? I really need to know if they are actually helpful or just designed to frustrate users.

I had a much better experience last week. Just waited about 15 minutes, but the agent was knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly. They actually seemed to care about the withdrawal process, which was reassuring.

I think the chat system is overloaded, especially during peak times. It's not necessarily that they don't want to help, but they just get swamped with requests. I waited three hours yesterday and finally got a basic answer about the withdrawal limits.

Replying to the person who said it was better last week: Yeah, I disagree. I spent an hour talking to someone who kept reading from a script and couldn't answer even simple questions about tax withholding. It was useless.

Just use PayPal for the withdrawal if possible. It seems to bypass the chat issues entirely for me.

If you have a large withdrawal, maybe you should call them directly? I found their phone number listed in the footer, and speaking to a human on the phone was much faster than the chat.
