I've been trying to deposit funds using a few different methods on Casumo lately, and I'm running into some confusing errors. Specifically, the e-wallet option seems to be rejecting my details even when I know they are correct. Has anyone successfully used a different payment provider recently, or maybe found a workaround for the e-wallet issue? I'd really appreciate any advice on reliable deposit methods that are currently working well for others. Thanks in advance for the help!

I had the same issue with e-wallets last week. Try using a direct bank transfer instead; it was much smoother for me.

Just deposited using Visa debit card and it went through instantly. I think the e-wallet service might be having temporary maintenance issues. Give it a few hours.

Seriously, I switched to PayPal and it worked fine. Sometimes the payment gateway just glitches out for no reason. Good luck!

Has anyone checked if Casumo requires a specific country code for the e-wallet? I was getting an error about regional restrictions, which I thought was silly.

Short and sweet: Stick to crypto if you can. It's been reliable for me lately, even when the traditional methods fail. Just check their accepted coins.

I agree with the bank transfer suggestion. It was slow, but reliable. I found that making sure my bank account details were entered exactly as they appear on my statement helped prevent the error.

Hey, I used a different browser (Edge instead of Chrome) and the deposit went through without any fuss. Sometimes it's just a browser cache problem, you know?

Long read: I spent ages troubleshooting this. I finally figured out that the e-wallet option requires you to have already verified your identity through their internal system first. If you haven't completed the KYC process, it will reject the payment regardless of how correct your details are. I highly recommend checking your account profile first to ensure all verification steps are complete. It wasn't a payment issue, it was an account status issue. Hope that helps you save some time!

Reply to the user who mentioned the bank transfer: Yes, that was it! I was convinced it was my card, but it was just a mismatch in the routing number I used. Thanks for the tip!

I'm having trouble too. My credit card keeps failing. Did anyone else notice this happening after the recent system update?

It might be a temporary server overload. Try again in a couple of hours, maybe late at night when traffic is lower. That's what worked for me last time.

I found that using a different e-wallet provider entirely worked. I was stuck on one specific service, but switching to another one resolved the rejection error immediately.

Just use PayPal. It's the most reliable option I've found on Casumo recently. Don't bother with the others.

Are you sure the error isn't related to your IP address? Sometimes they flag certain networks or VPNs, and that causes deposit failures.

The e-wallet issue is annoying. I successfully used Skrill, which was much easier than the others. It processed in minutes.

I think the problem might be on Casumo's end. They need to update their payment processors. I'll wait until next week to try depositing again.

To the user asking about the e-wallet: I had the same rejection. I cleared my browser cache and cookies completely, and then tried again. It fixed it for me. Simple fix, but sometimes necessary.
