I've been trying to use the Bet365 app for a few days now, and it keeps crashing whenever I try to place a bet on live sports. I've cleared the cache and reinstalled it twice, but the problem persists. I'm using an Android 12 phone, and I've checked all the permissions. Has anyone found a workaround for this? I really want to use the mobile platform because it's much faster than the website, but the instability is frustrating. Any advice on a stable version or an alternative way to access the full features would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the mobile website instead. It's often more stable than the dedicated app.

This is happening to me too! I'm on Android 11. Did you check if there are any pending system updates for your OS?

Did you try a different browser? Sometimes the app conflicts with the default browser settings.

It's definitely an app issue. I found that switching to Chrome and using the 'Desktop Site' view fixed my live betting crashes.

Have you checked if any third-party security apps are running in the background? They can sometimes interfere with betting apps.

Contact Bet365 support directly. They might have a specific patch or known bug for Android 12 users.

I had the same problem. It only started after the last OS update. I ended up using a VPN to bypass some regional app restrictions, which helped.

Short. Just use the browser.

I agree with the browser suggestion. The app feels bloated and buggy right now. I'm sticking to the website until they fix it.

Wait, are you sure it's the app? Maybe it's related to your phone's RAM or background processes. Try restarting the phone completely, not just closing the app.

I think it's a known incompatibility with Android 12. A lot of people are complaining on Reddit about this specific crash when dealing with live odds updates. Maybe wait for a hotfix?

Did you check if your payment method is causing the crash? Sometimes the authentication step fails and crashes the whole app.

My experience was that clearing the system cache (not just the app cache) helped. You need to go into Android settings and clear the cache for the entire system.

I'm using a Samsung S21 on Android 12, and I've had zero issues. Maybe the problem is specific to your phone model or carrier settings?

Seriously, the website is much smoother. Don't bother with the app until they release a major update.

I found that if I use the Chrome browser and enable 'Desktop Site' view, the live betting functionality works perfectly. It bypasses the app's instability entirely. This was a huge help.

It's frustrating. I tried using a different Google account on the phone, and the problem was still there. It seems like the issue is server-side, not client-side.

I used the browser too. It was fast and stable. I recommend it highly over the current mobile app version.

Has anyone tried sideloading an older, stable version of the app? Sometimes the latest update breaks things for a period of time.

The only thing that worked for me was uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone, and then reinstalling it. I did it three times, and the third attempt was stable for a week.
