I just upgraded my phone to the latest Android version, and I'm trying to get Wunderino Mobile working again. The setup process seems much more complicated than it used to be, and I keep getting an authentication error right after entering my credentials. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app multiple times, but nothing seems to stick. Has anyone else encountered this specific issue after the recent OS update? I really need this functionality for my daily routine, so any tips on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. It's been a nightmare since the 14 update. The authentication flow seems broken.

Did you try checking the Android permissions for the Wunderino app? Sometimes the OS update resets critical access points, especially for network functions. Make sure it has full access to background data and storage. That often solves the authentication loop.

Short and sweet: Check for beta updates.

I had the exact same problem last week. It wasn't the app or the OS, though. It was a temporary issue with Wunderino's own server side. They pushed a hotfix overnight that resolved it for me. You might just need to wait an hour or two and try again.

Are you using the official Wunderino client or a third party wrapper? Sometimes the OS update flags older versions as insecure, causing the login to fail.

I think the issue might be related to Google Play Services conflicting with the new Android security protocols. Try temporarily disabling any VPNs or security overlays you might have running in the background while you attempt the setup. It's a common conflict point.

Reply to previous post: @User123, I did check permissions. Everything looks green, but the error persists. Do you think it's really a server issue, or could it be something local to my phone?

Clear browser cache too. Sometimes the OAuth tokens get stuck in the browser side, even if you're using the mobile app. Try logging in via a different browser entirely just to test the connection flow.

Have you rebooted your router and your phone? Seriously, basic troubleshooting often fixes the most complex-sounding bugs. It sounds silly, but it works.

Reply to previous post: @User123, I suspect it's the server side. My friend who uses it daily said they had to manually reset their API key through the Wunderino web portal, not just the app settings. That was the fix for them.

I'm stuck on the same authentication error. I'm running the latest build, and I've done everything suggested. Maybe there's a known workaround that hasn't been posted yet?

Check if any system updates are pending for your Android OS that aren't related to the main version bump. Sometimes a minor patch is required to fully support the new major version.

Reply to previous post: @User123, I think it's the OS. I'm running a heavily customized ROM, and the conflict is massive. If you're on stock Android, try switching to a different manufacturer's phone temporarily just to rule out device-specific bugs.

It's frustrating. Just use the desktop version for now until they patch the mobile client. At least you can get your daily routine done.

Did you try connecting via Wi-Fi instead of cellular data? Sometimes the network handoff process on Android 14 can cause authentication timeouts.

I found it. I was using an outdated credential set. I had to log into the Wunderino web portal on a desktop and generate a completely new API key, then input that into the mobile app. It was a manual key regeneration process.
