I've tried contacting the live chat support a few times this week, and it's been really inconsistent. Sometimes it connects instantly, but other times I wait for ages and just get an automated loop. I had a question about a bonus promotion and it took nearly 20 minutes to get a human agent to actually look at my account details. Has anyone found a better way to get quick support, or is the chat service just generally slow right now? I'm worried about missing out on something because of the delay.

I think they are understaffed right now. Maybe try calling them during off-peak hours, like early morning.

Short and sweet: Use email instead. It's slower, but at least you get a written record and don't get stuck in a loop.

I had the exact same experience yesterday. The chat bot kept asking me to verify details I had already provided. It was incredibly frustrating and wasted so much time. I finally gave up and just used the phone number listed on their main site.

Did you try clearing your browser cache? Sometimes technical issues are on the user end, not the casino's end.

I agree with the OP. It's a nightmare. I spent an hour trying to figure out bonus terms and eventually just gave up. It feels like they are actively discouraging people from asking questions.

I found that if you phrase your question very clearly and concisely right at the start, it sometimes helps the bot route you faster. Don't ramble.

Just stick to the FAQ section for now. It's annoying, but at least it's fast and you get the basic info you need without waiting an eternity.

I recommend bookmarking the direct phone number for support. While calling can be expensive, it's often faster than the chat queue when you have an urgent issue like a bonus payout.

It's definitely worse on weekends. On Saturday, I waited over 40 minutes and still only got a generic response about 'checking your account.' No actual help.

I used the dedicated Twitter account for them. They responded to my query within ten minutes, and it was much more efficient than the live chat.

Don't worry too much. Sometimes the delay is just because everyone is trying to access the chat at once. Give it a few hours and try again.

I think the problem is the bonus promotion itself. It requires manual verification, which slows down the entire chat system because the agents have to manually cross-reference multiple databases.

I had an issue with a bonus claim last month. I ended up getting the support manager's direct email address from a forum post, and that was the only way I got a timely resolution. You have to dig for the right contact.

It's definitely a pain. I'm going to switch to a different casino until they sort out their customer service. The experience is too poor.
