I've been trying to use the NetBet platform on my new Windows 11 setup, but the desktop site seems really clunky. It keeps freezing when I try to load the live sports betting section, and the layout feels totally different from the mobile app. I was hoping for a smooth experience, but it's quite frustrating trying to place bets this way. Has anyone successfully used the desktop version recently? I'm worried if there's a specific browser setting I need to adjust or if they've updated the site and broken the compatibility. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I had the exact same issue last week. Switching to Chrome fixed it for me. Try clearing your cache and cookies first, though.

It's definitely clunky. I think they are prioritizing the mobile experience and just porting it poorly to the desktop. It feels like a beta test, not a finished product.

Did you try using Edge instead of Chrome? Sometimes NetBet optimizes better for Microsoft's own browser on Windows 11. It worked for me when Chrome was giving me trouble.

Just use the mobile app. Seriously. The desktop version is a mess right now. Don't waste your time trying to fix it.

I agree with the clunky assessment. My bet freezing issue only happens if I have too many tabs open. Try closing everything else on your machine while betting.

Hey, I'm using Firefox and it seems stable enough for placing bets, but the layout is still weird. Maybe it's just the new Win 11 UI making everything feel off?

My advice is to check if you are using an ad-blocker. I found that disabling it for the NetBet site completely solved my freezing problems. It was blocking necessary scripts.

Are you sure it's the browser? I think the issue might be related to your specific Windows 11 build. Sometimes updates break compatibility with third-party sites like this.

It's frustrating. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where the live odds were, and it was totally different from the mobile layout. They really need to rethink the desktop UX.

Reply to the person above: Yeah, I think it's the build. I rolled back my Windows 11 update to a slightly older version, and the site immediately started working smoothly again. It was a temporary bug, I'm sure.

Try a different network. Sometimes the connection stability required for live betting on a desktop browser is poor if you are on Wi-Fi, especially if your router is old.

Short answer: Clear your cache. Long answer: It's a known issue, but they haven't fixed it yet. Keep reporting it to them.

I found that using a VPN sometimes helps bypass regional compatibility glitches. It's a long shot, but worth a try if nothing else works.

I used it last night and it was fine. Maybe the problem is localized to your account or IP address. Have you tried logging out and logging back in?
