Anyone else having trouble accessing rofeg.com lately?

I've been trying to get into the rofeg.com portal for my account all morning, but every time I type the address, I get a 'site cannot be reached' error. I've already checked my local network settings and tried different browsers, so I'm pretty sure it's not just my end. Has anyone else noticed if the site is down or if there's a known maintenance window happening? I need to submit some critical data today, so any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help!

Me too. It's been down since about 9 AM my time.

I'm getting a similar error. I checked my VPN and switched networks, but nothing works. It feels like a server-side issue.

Did anyone try accessing it via a different geographical location? Sometimes the issue is regional, not global.

Seriously, this is impacting my work. I need this data urgently. Is there an alternative portal or contact number we can use in the meantime?

I just got an email from support saying maintenance was scheduled for today, but they didn't give an ETA. Hopefully, it's resolved soon.

Short. Just try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes that fixes weird connection errors.

Reply to the user who mentioned the email: I received the email too, but the maintenance window was supposed to end an hour ago. This is really frustrating timing.

My colleague said they were able to get in using a specific proxy server. Maybe that's the workaround until they fix the main site.

I'm checking Reddit threads right now, and it seems like several people are reporting the same thing. It's definitely not just your local network, OP. We are all affected.

Reply to the user who mentioned the email: Did you check if they provided a temporary access link? Sometimes they set up a secondary login page during outages.

Has anyone tried using the mobile app instead of the web portal? Sometimes the mobile endpoint is kept running even if the main site is down.

I think the issue might be related to API changes. If you're submitting data programmatically, the endpoint might have been updated and your script needs adjustment.

I'm going to call their general help line. It's always better to speak to a human than wait for a forum diagnosis. Fingers crossed I get through.

It's possible they are experiencing a DDoS attack. If it's a major outage, the company might not be communicating the status publicly.

Reply to the user who mentioned the email: I doubt it's just maintenance. The error message is 'site cannot be reached,' which usually points to DNS or routing issues, not planned downtime.

I'm going to wait until after lunch and try again. Hopefully, they resolve it by the afternoon. Good luck everyone!

Did you try flushing your local DNS cache? Sometimes the old records get stuck on your machine, even if the site is up.

I'm going to try a completely different browser profile, maybe one that hasn't been used for years. Sometimes old extensions interfere with site access.
