I've been trying to get into my account since yesterday, and it's incredibly frustrating. Every time I enter my credentials, it gives me a generic error message, and the password reset link seems to loop me back to the start page without actually helping. I've checked my spam folder and even tried different browsers, so I'm pretty sure the issue isn't on my end. Has anyone successfully logged in recently, or do you know if the site is experiencing any widespread technical difficulties right now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. It's been glitchy all morning. Just try clearing your cache completely, not just logging out.

Did you try accessing the portal via a mobile data connection instead of Wi-Fi? Sometimes the IP conflict causes these generic errors.

I had the exact same issue yesterday. They finally fixed it late last night. You might just need to wait until the morning.

Seriously, I spent an hour on the password reset loop. It's infuriating. I think they might be doing maintenance without telling anyone.

Check if there are any service status updates on their official Twitter or Facebook page. Sometimes they post about outages there before the main site is fixed.

I think it's related to the recent update they pushed. Their system seems overloaded right now. Just try logging in an hour later.

The customer service line is useless. Just wait. It usually resolves itself overnight.

Hey, @UserName (referencing the original poster) - I managed to get in by using an incognito window and disabling all ad-blockers. That worked for me!

I'm pretty sure this is a bot issue. They might be rate-limiting logins due to suspicious activity. Try logging in from a completely different physical location if possible.

Are you sure your credentials haven't been flagged? Sometimes if you try too many times, the system locks you out temporarily. Give it a few hours.

It's definitely a widespread issue. My friend was complaining about the same thing 15 minutes ago. They said they needed to call support directly and talk to a human.

Wow, that's rough. Have you tried using a VPN? Sometimes the geo-IP detection messes with the login portal.

I'm having trouble too. It keeps saying 'Invalid Credentials' even when I know they are right. It's driving me crazy. Has anyone else noticed this?

I'm going to submit a ticket through their dedicated support portal instead of using the 'forgot password' link. Sometimes that bypasses the loop.

The site was down for maintenance for three hours this morning. Everything seems to be back to normal now. Good luck!

Don't worry too much. These portals are notoriously flaky. Just take a break and try again tomorrow. It's probably nothing major.

To reply to the VPN suggestion: Yes, that worked for me! I think the portal was flagging my local network IP. Thanks for the tip!

I found a workaround. If you go directly to the 'support' page and manually enter your username and request a reset code, it bypasses the main login flow. It took me forever to find that link.

It's probably just a server hiccup. Don't panic. Just wait 30 minutes and try again. It's usually temporary.
