I've been playing on Spin Palace Online for a couple of weeks now, and I've had some great luck with the slot machines. However, I'm trying to withdraw my winnings today, and the system keeps giving me an error message. I've checked my account details multiple times, and everything seems correct. Has anyone else experienced delays or technical difficulties when trying to cash out? I'm worried if there's a known issue with their payment processing that I should be aware of before trying again.

Yeah, I had that same issue last week. Just wait until the next business day.

It's definitely a known issue. They are having payment processing delays right now. I recommend contacting their support via live chat and asking for a specific ticket number for your withdrawal request. Make sure you have all your KYC documents ready, as they might ask for verification again. It's frustrating, but it seems to be a temporary glitch on their end. I waited three days, and it eventually cleared, but it was stressful.

I tried using a different withdrawal method (PayPal instead of card) and it went through immediately. Maybe the issue is specific to the payment type you are using? Sometimes the platform has temporary restrictions on certain methods. You might want to check if your preferred method is currently experiencing outages or limits.

Are you sure your bank hasn't flagged it? Sometimes the initial withdrawal attempt triggers a security review on the bank's side, causing a delay that looks like a site error.

Replying to the OP: Did you check the FAQ section on their site? They sometimes post maintenance alerts there, and it might just be scheduled downtime for the payment gateway. Don't panic yet.

I agree with the OP. I waited 48 hours and nothing. I'm going to try contacting customer service through Twitter, as that seems to get faster responses than the in-site chat.

It's always the payment processor. I had a similar experience with another site. They hold the funds for 7-10 business days after the initial request. Be patient.

Replying to the OP: I think you need to clear your browser cache. Sometimes the error message is just a front-end bug, and refreshing or using a different browser can fix it. It's a simple fix, but surprisingly effective.

Has anyone else noticed that the minimum withdrawal amount increased recently? It was $20 last month, and now it says $50. That might be the source of the error.

I had the same error message about the account details. Turns out I had a typo in my registered email address, which was linked to the payment system. Super embarrassing, but it was a simple fix. Double-check everything!
