I've been trying to withdraw funds from r2bet for the past three days, and it keeps getting stuck in 'pending' status. I followed all the instructions exactly, including providing the necessary bank details and ID verification documents. Has anyone successfully withdrawn recently and could share what the typical processing time is? I'm worried if there's a specific glitch or if I need to contact support in a certain way. Any advice on getting this sorted out quickly would be greatly appreciated.

Mine was processed in 48 hours. Hopefully yours clears soon.

I had the exact same issue last month. It was a known glitch on their end. You really need to submit a ticket directly through the support portal, not just rely on the in-game chat.

Check your bank name spelling. It's the most common mistake.

Don't panic. Sometimes 'pending' just means it's waiting for the bank's internal processing cycle, which can take 3-5 business days. Try contacting support and asking them to manually verify the transaction ID. Be polite but firm. I waited almost a week, and they eventually traced it down. It was totally worth the effort.

Has anyone found a better withdrawal method? PayPal?

Support is useless. They just tell you to wait. Try emailing the finance department directly.

I recommend withdrawing smaller amounts first to test the system. If the small withdrawal goes through quickly, then you know the issue isn't account-wide.

Seriously, I waited 7 days and nothing. I'm going to switch platforms. This process is ridiculous.

I agree with the OP. Three days is too long. I had to escalate my ticket to a supervisor after 48 hours, and that finally got movement. Make sure you document every interaction.

Does anyone know if they require the withdrawal to originate from a specific IP address? I'm worried about geo-blocking.

You must ensure the bank account name matches the registered account name exactly. Even a minor discrepancy can cause a delay of days.

What kind of bank are you using? Sometimes specific banks have delays with online gaming platforms.

I think the issue might be related to the KYC documents. Maybe one of the photos was blurry or the ID wasn't fully legible. Re-uploading everything, even if you think it's fine, often helps.

Reply to the user above. I used a different bank, and it cleared within 24 hours. It was definitely the bank's side, not r2bet's.

Just contact them via live chat first thing in the morning. Sometimes the queue is smaller then and they are more helpful.

My experience was terrible. They kept asking for new documents even though I provided them all initially. It felt like a bureaucratic nightmare. Just be persistent.

I heard they changed their payment processor recently. Maybe that's the root of the problem. Keep an eye on official announcements.

I'm going to try contacting support through Twitter. Sometimes social media support is faster than the in-site ticketing system.
