I've been using Neosurf for a while now and generally love the platform, but I'm running into some trouble with my last withdrawal. It was supposed to hit my account within 24 hours, but it's been much longer than that, and customer support has been vague. Has anyone else experienced significant delays when withdrawing funds from Neosurf Casino? I'm worried if I need the money quickly for something important. Any tips on who I should contact or what steps I should take to speed this up?

Mine too. It's been 72 hours and nothing. Super frustrating.

I had the same issue last month. They told me it was a 'technical delay' and just left me hanging. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank, which was a nightmare process. It took nearly two weeks to resolve, and I lost some funds in the process. Be prepared for a fight if they stall you. Keep all your records and screenshots of everything you submit. Don't accept vague answers from support; ask for specific ticket numbers and estimated completion dates in writing. It helps to escalate the complaint via their official complaint form, not just the live chat. Good luck!

Check your withdrawal method. Sometimes the delay isn't Neosurf's fault.

Has anyone tried contacting them via Twitter? Sometimes social media support is faster.

I think it might be related to KYC verification. Make sure all your documents are perfect and submitted correctly the first time. Sometimes they pause withdrawals until the account is fully verified. It's annoying but usually necessary.

I heard you need to wait 5-7 business days minimum. Don't panic yet.

>> @User123 I agree with the bank dispute idea. It was painful, but it was the only way to get the money out when they wouldn't budge. You have to be persistent.

Just wait. It usually clears up on its own after a couple of days. Don't stress.

I waited 3 days. Nothing. I'm going to try submitting a formal complaint through a different channel tomorrow morning.

Did you use a crypto withdrawal? Sometimes those are processed differently than bank transfers.

Definitely contact support again, but this time, ask for the specific department handling the payout and an escalation manager's direct email. Don't just accept the generic chat response. Be firm but polite.

They are notoriously slow. I recommend using a different platform if you need quick access to funds. It's a risk.

It's possible the withdrawal limit was hit, and they are processing a batch payment. It's not personal, just system overload.

>> @User123 I think the KYC part is key. I submitted my passport twice by accident, and they paused everything until I could prove I was serious about the account. Double-check your submission history.

My money finally arrived after 4 days. Keep checking your spam folder too, sometimes the confirmation emails get routed there.

I'd suggest checking the terms and conditions regarding withdrawal timelines. It might be stated there that 24 hours is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Don't let them gaslight you. If they give you a timeline, ask them to confirm it in writing, preferably via email, so you have proof if they change their mind.
