I've been trying to access some of the premium features on betfred 365, but every time I go through the verification process, it seems to fail or loop back to the start. I've checked my email multiple times, and I'm sure all my documents are clear and match my ID perfectly. Has anyone successfully updated their account recently? I'm worried I might lose access if I can't sort out this technical glitch. Any advice on who I should contact or what steps I should take would be hugely appreciated.

Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes the site just glitches on certain platforms. I switched from Chrome to Firefox and it worked immediately for me.

Seriously, I think the problem might be with the document itself. Are you sure the photo quality is high enough? Sometimes they reject it for poor lighting or cropping.

Wait, did you check if your name on the ID matches the name registered on the account exactly? Even a middle initial difference can trigger a rejection loop.

Don't panic. It's usually a simple technical fix, not a permanent ban. Just try submitting the documents again, but maybe wait until late at night when traffic is lower.

I found that submitting the documents in PDF format, rather than JPEG, was the key. The system seems to prefer PDF uploads for identity verification.
