I've been trying to make a deposit using bankid for the last two days, and every time I follow the steps, the transaction either fails or just hangs indefinitely. I've checked my bank account, and the funds are definitely leaving my balance, but the casino side never confirms the credit. Has anyone successfully used bankid recently? I'm worried if this is a platform issue or if I'm doing something wrong with the linking process. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

You might need to clear your browser cache. Sometimes the linking process gets stuck on old data. Try using a different browser, like Chrome if you were using Safari.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out to be a temporary maintenance window on the casino's payment gateway side. Wait 24 hours and try again. It usually resolves itself.

Check the specific error code if the transaction fails. Does it say 'Authentication Failed' or 'Gateway Timeout'? Knowing the code helps narrow down if it's your bank or the casino's API.

Have you tried depositing a very small amount first, just to test the connection? If the small deposit goes through, then the issue might be related to the higher deposit limits you are trying to use.

I'm worried this is a platform issue. I've heard from multiple users that certain casinos are having trouble integrating BankID properly right now. Maybe switch to a different, reputable site for now.

Reply to User 2: Did you contact customer support at the casino? They can often see the transaction attempt on their end, even if it hasn't credited yet. Don't just rely on the forum.

Maybe your bank has flagged the online casino as suspicious activity. Call them directly and ask if they are blocking transactions to gambling sites. That's a common culprit.

I used PayPal instead. It was instant and worked perfectly. Sometimes sticking to one method makes you overlook easier alternatives. It's always good to have a backup plan.

Reply to User 1: Clearing the cache helped me, but I also had to manually restart my router before trying again. Sometimes it's just a local network glitch, not the browser itself.

Be careful about sharing bank details or specific error messages here. Just describe the process failure. Also, make sure you are using the official site and not a mirror or fake version.

I found that doing the deposit late at night (like 2 AM local time) worked better. It seemed like the transaction volume was lower, and the system processed it smoothly. It's very weird, but it worked for me.

Reply to User 3: If the error code is 'Gateway Timeout', it almost certainly means the connection between the casino and the payment processor is timing out. You have zero control over that side of the equation.

Honestly, I'd recommend using crypto deposits if you are having persistent issues with traditional banking methods. It bypasses all the bank linking headaches entirely.

I had to wait until the following business day. The funds were debited, but the credit was delayed until the casino's accounting team manually processed the batch payments. It's not always instant.
