I've been trying to get the 22bet app to work for a week now, but every time I download it, it either crashes immediately or the login process times out. I've tried clearing my cache and reinstalling the app multiple times, but the problem persists. I'm using a relatively new Android phone, so I checked my operating system updates just in case. Has anyone successfully used this app recently? I'm worried if the platform is having technical issues, or if I'm missing some crucial step. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. It keeps crashing right after I enter my password. I'm on Android 13.

Did you try downloading it through an alternative source? Sometimes the official Play Store link is outdated or blocked. I heard some users have to use an APK from a third-party site, but be careful about security.

Short answer: It's probably an IP block on their end. I used it fine last week, but today it just gives a timeout error, even when I switch to my mobile data. Try restarting your router.

I'm using a Samsung S22 and it worked perfectly fine yesterday. Maybe the issue is with your specific account credentials, not the app itself. Double-check your username and password for typos.

Replying to the IP block idea: I tried changing my VPN and switching networks, and the issue persisted. It feels like the app itself is buggy right now. Maybe they need an update that hasn't been released yet.

Have you checked if your Android device has any specific security settings enabled, like aggressive battery optimization? Sometimes those settings kill background processes, which could be causing the crash during the login process.

It's a known issue. They updated the backend last week, and until they release a patch, the Android client is unstable. Just wait a few days, hopefully, they fix it.

I found that if I use the web browser version instead of the app, it works flawlessly. Seriously, ditch the app for now and just use Chrome on your phone. It's much more reliable.

Why do you think it's an IP block? I've been traveling between countries and the app worked fine every time I connected to a different network. I think it's definitely a client-side bug.

Long post: I went through everything you suggested - clearing cache, reinstalling, checking OS updates, even trying different network types. The crash still happens, specifically when the loading screen appears after entering the password. I suspect the app package itself is corrupted or incompatible with newer Android versions. Has anyone successfully reported this bug directly to 22bet support? They need to know this is happening to a wide range of users.

I agree with the long post. I messaged support and they just told me to clear my cache. It was useless. They need to acknowledge the technical problem.

Just try using the official desktop site on a laptop. Sometimes the mobile apps are optimized poorly and fail under certain conditions. It's a workaround, but it works.

Did you check if there are any required permissions missing? Sometimes the app needs access to storage or network services that aren't automatically granted, causing the failure.
